Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse celebrated its first anniversary on Thursday, June 4th, marking a profitable 12 months of providing Japanese flavors, live-fire cooking, and progressive cocktails to Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
The anniversary celebration welcomed company for a night of meals, cocktails, music, and group.
Attendees loved Japanese-inspired cocktails from Ukiah’s new beverage menu, signature bites, a dwell DJ, and complimentary tastings from the Home of Suntory. Throughout dinner service, company with reservations obtained a complimentary Japanese-inspired cocktail and a slice of the chef’s signature coconut cake, whereas the primary 50 company by the door had been shocked with commemorative goodie luggage.
The milestone occasion served as each a celebration of Ukiah’s first 12 months and a heartfelt thank-you to the company, companions, and group members who’ve supported the restaurant since opening day.
