The Burbank Metropolis Lawyer tells TMZ … the case has been rejected for lack of ample proof.
As we advised you … Paul was arrested for allegedly possessing narcotics in late March, although Rodriguez maintained the medicine weren’t his.

As an alternative, Rodriguez — who was in a automobile cops pulled over for a visitors violation earlier than they are saying they discovered the medicine — says he was useless asleep within the passenger seat when a police officer allegedly slapped him to wake him.
