Kim Delaney’s husband, James Morgan, was arrested for public intoxication after allegedly entering into it with the previous “NYPD Blue” star and a flight attendant throughout a current journey … TMZ has discovered.
Regulation enforcement sources inform TMZ … Morgan was arrested and booked Monday after touchdown at Los Angeles Worldwide Airport. We’re advised he and Delaney flew into L.A. from Detroit on Delta flight, and the couple allegedly acquired into an argument in the course of the flight.
We’re advised Morgan was additionally concerned in a separate incident with a flight attendant. It is unclear what sparked both confrontation.
A Delta spokesperson tells TMZ … “Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first.”
The airline says there was no operational impression to the flight and confirmed legislation enforcement responded after the aircraft arrived in Los Angeles.
As TMZ beforehand reported, Morgan was arrested again in February after a disturbance on the couple’s Los Angeles-area house.
