Sued By Safety Guard For Assault, Battery

Offset is being sued over an alleged altercation at a dispensary … with a safety guard claiming the rapper attacked him.
Jim Sanchez is suing the rapper … saying he is a safety guard who was working at MedMen LAX again in March when Offset and his associates allegedly got here to the shop.
Within the lawsuit, Sanchez claims he requested Offset to point out identification which he says set off the rapper. Sanchez claims Offset “became hostile, verbally confrontational, and physically attacked Plaintiff by striking him in the face.”
Sanchez says a number of individuals with Offset then piled on to “further assault and batter” him, which he claims resulted in him affected by complications and neck ache so extreme that paramedics took him to the hospital.
Sanchez is suing Offset for assault, battery and intentional affliction of emotional misery.
We advised you about this alleged incident again in March … which Offset’s rep referred to as full and complete BS.
On the time, Offset’s facet claimed the safety guard rushed on the rapper and even spat on him, which brought about a battle to interrupt out.
A number of sources advised TMZ Hip Hop the rapper punched the guard … who they allege then used a can of mace on Offset and his crew.
