New physique cam footage reveals a wild police shootout with a gunman inside a North Carolina dwelling that appears like one thing out of a Hollywood motion movie.
On Friday, the Raleigh PD launched a number of body-worn digicam movies from a January home violence incident that shortly turned lethal.
Test it out … police race to the scene of a housebreaking on the evening of January 21 and encounter a girl in misery outdoors the home.
Police say the girl’s boyfriend had simply been shot by her ex-husband, Antonio Rodrigues, who was holed up contained in the residence. Cops say the boyfriend later died at a hospital.
After a number of officers transfer inside the house, gunfire erupts between the police and Rodrigues.
Cops say after the mud settled, Rodrigues was useless from police bullets and Officer Max Gillick was shot and critically wounded. Gillick was handled at a hospital and launched, and is predicted to make a full restoration.
The Wake County District Lawyer investigated and decided the usage of lethal drive by police was justified.
