(Reuters) – Bharti Airtel has partnered with Apple (NASDAQ:) to carry unique gives for Apple Music and Apple TV+ to prospects in India later this 12 months, the telecom firm stated on Tuesday.
Apple TV+ shall be included on Airtel’s video-streaming service Xstream with premium wifi and postpaid plans, and customers of the corporate’s music-streaming service, Wynk Premium, may have entry to gives on Apple Music, the Indian firm stated.
Bharti Airtel didn’t disclose a deal worth for the partnership, nor did it present info on the prices of the plans.
Following the deal, Airtel will exit the music vertical, and shut down its Wynk music app, absorbing all its staff, in response to a Business Insider report.
