Todd Meadows’ ex claimed he had points with alcohol as a part of her request for main custody … a number of months earlier than his tragic demise … TMZ has realized.
In Could 2025, the late “Deadliest Catch” star’s ex, Kennady Harvey, filed a petition, obtained by TMZ, over the custody and help of their two children.
Kennady requested for the courtroom to set little one help and to award her main custody of their 1-year-old and 5-month-old.
She requested for limits on Todd’s visits with their children as a consequence of his alleged substance abuse points with alcohol.
She requested that Todd not drink or use marijuana across the children and that his visits all be supervised.
The case had no motion after Kennady filed the preliminary petition.
As TMZ beforehand reported, 25-year-old Todd died on Feb. 25 after falling overboard whereas engaged on the Aleutian Girl on the Bering Sea throughout manufacturing of Deadliest Catch.
