A lady was shut down in her effort to acquire a restraining order in opposition to streamer Chud the Builder, TMZ has discovered.
In line with courtroom docs, obtained by TMZ, a girl named Yashmine Shauntea West filed a petition for a protecting order in opposition to Chud in November 2025.
Yashmine claimed that Chud — authorized identify Dalton Eatherly — had dedicated “racial violent behavior.” She stated he “exposed me on social media … has created a harassment following.”
She stated Chud got here to her job in Clarksville, Tennessee, on November 19, 2025, claiming he “recorded our interaction and took it to his Twitter, exposing my work location and lying about me assaulting him and refusing help, which created a major following of harassment towards me and my job.”
She stated after Chud left, the harassment escalated “to social media daily since.” Yashmine requested the courtroom to maintain him away from her and to order him to take down all social media posts about her and to cease speaking about her sooner or later.
On December 2, the courtroom dismissed the case after discovering out Yashmine was not a home abuse sufferer, a stalking sufferer, or a sexual assault sufferer … and had not offered enough proof to again up her claims.
