A passenger has died after going overboard from a Carnival cruise ship close to the Bahamas … TMZ has discovered.
Sources on board the boat inform TMZ … the person went into the water from the Carnival Liberty because it traveled simply exterior Nassau Tuesday. We’re instructed a life ring was thrown to him, however he was quickly out of sight, prompting a direct search and rescue effort.
A Carnival spokesperson tells TMZ … the visitor climbed over his stateroom balcony and went overboard whereas the ship was crusing from Celebration Key to Nassau. Crew members instantly launched a search and had been capable of get well him from the water, however he didn’t survive.
