21-year-old Mohamed Lamine Mbengue of Maryland was arrested on January 31 and charged with laptop trespass. He was booked and launched on his personal recognizance, in response to a Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority spokesperson.
Moreover, the spokesperson says following additional police investigation, 45-year-old Jonathan Savoy of Maryland was arrested and charged with laptop trespass and launched on a summons by the Justice of the Peace.
