Joe Biden’s first and final journey to Africa as president wrapped up in a port metropolis in Angola. It is the top of an 800 mile prepare line connecting the port to large mineral deposits in Central Africa. The U.S. and different Western international locations are elevating billions to improve the rail line, a transfer that’s seen as an effort to counter China’s investments in mining within the area.
