Leicester Metropolis have introduced the signing of midfielder Oliver Skipp from Tottenham for an undisclosed charge.
The 23-year-old has signed a five-year deal on the King Energy Stadium that runs via till 2029.
The deal is known to be price £20m plus an additional £5m in add-ons.
Chatting with LCFC.com, Skipp stated: “I’m really excited to sign. I’ve got the feeling that it’s a good group of people and a good group of players. I’m sure that we’ve got a squad capable of challenging in every game. You look around the squad and there are lots of exciting players who have played in the Premier League and I’m really excited to see what this group can achieve.
“I had conversations with the folks right here and so they gave me a sense of heat and that they had been excited to have me on board. As a participant, once you really feel that pleasure, that is one thing you should use to develop your recreation. The employees right here know me as nicely – Steve [Cooper], I’ve labored with at England so there’s undoubtedly a superb relationship there and I am eager to push on and present what I can do.”
Leicester host Tottenham within the first Monday Night time Soccer of the season on the King Energy Stadium. Skipp shall be in attendance however won’t face his former facet. He shall be obtainable to make his Leicester debut on Saturday August 24 at Fulham; kick-off 3pm.
An academy graduate at Spurs, Skipp went on to make 106 appearances in all competitions for the north London membership.

Skipp was managed by Leicester Metropolis boss Steve Cooper when he performed for England U17s and U18s.
