When ISIS was at its top, its ranks included a number of hundred Individuals. They have been typically younger males radicalized on-line by savvy advertising that promised free housing and the possibility to fulfill a spouse.
When the Islamic State collapsed, a few of them ended up in big detention camps in Syria, and the U.S. has been making an attempt to carry them dwelling.
