Jason Nichols — the man regulation enforcement says is the one seen in viral Ring digital camera footage yelling and kicking — has formally been charged with 4 felony counts … and his bail has now elevated to a whopping $250K … TMZ has realized.
Fairfield PD officers say Nichols is the person within the video that went infamously viral earlier this month, with doorbell cam footage from a house in Northern California displaying him kicking and screaming into the digital camera … earlier than showing to interrupt into the house through a sliding door.
In line with authorized docs, obtained by TMZ, Nichols was charged with 4 felonies — first-degree housebreaking, assault with a lethal weapon, prison threats, and vandalism. He pleaded not responsible to all counts … his bail was elevated to $250K, and he was served with a prison protecting order.

Cops say they arrived on the home on April 7, inside minutes of the alleged incident, and located Nichols outdoors earlier than taking him into custody. He was handled at a hospital and later booked on a number of prices.

The home-owner’s husband was apparently watching all of it unfold on a safety cam from afar whereas his spouse and baby have been in the home, so he raced again dwelling, grabbed a shovel, and confronted the man — resulting in a violent battle that left each males with head accidents.
