Tyson Fury has introduced that his subsequent battle will happen on Saturday August 1 in Dublin.
Fury’s warm-up battle – with the opponent but to be introduced – will happen 4 months earlier than his much-anticipated heavyweight conflict with Anthony Joshua in November, with the latter set to face Albanian Kristian Prenga in Riyadh on July 25.
Frank Warren – who advised Sky Sports activities that Fury’s subsequent opponent is about to be introduced this week – already has an IBO super-lightweight battle scheduled for August 1 in Dublin between Pierce O’Leary and Mark Chamberlain, suggesting Fury will be part of the cardboard.
Fury posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday exhibiting him again in coaching in Thailand.
The caption was “let’s go August 1, Dublin, Ireland”.
Warren mentioned Fury can be going through a very good opponent and will not afford to slide up.
“[Joshua’s] got to come through that [fight with Prenga], Tyson has to come through his, and then the big one will be in November,” the Queensbury chief advised Sky Sports activities.
Fury’s final battle was a complete factors win over Russia’s Arslanbek Makhmudov on April 11 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
