Tom Sandoval says he did not imply to sue his ex, Ariana Madix, and is now withdrawing his lawsuit … placing the blame on one among his attorneys.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star took to social media Thursday to clear up the authorized motion he took towards AM — the place he countersued her within the case Rachel Leviss introduced towards him and Ariana relating to alleged revenge porn — and made it clear … this was a mistake.
Tom claims one among his attorneys informed him a few cross-complaint — and, allegedly, informed him what he was about to file is customary … with Tom saying he urged him to log off on it, which Tom says he did … albeit, unwittingly, or so he insists.
He provides, “The words ‘New Lawsuit’ or ‘Suing’ were not articulated to me. I should’ve done more of my due diligence on the matter.” TS goes on to say that upon realizing what had been completed, he booted the lawyer in query.
Tom provides, “In no way am I suing Ariana. The action against Ariana brought on my behalf is being removed. I had no ill will or vindictiveness toward Ariana.”
He finishes by saying now that he is reversing the submitting … he is hoping to get by means of this case way more rapidly, noting he and Ariana merely wish to transfer on previous the “Scandoval.” Certainly, it has been a protracted experience … and his obvious salvo Wednesday got here out of nowhere.
As we reported … Tom countersued Ariana — inside Rachel’s civil case — and he leveled critical allegations towards Ariana … together with the notion that she allegedly made copies of Rachel’s nudes from Tom’s telephone and disseminated them with out permission.
Now, he is taking all of it again … and it feels like he’ll voluntarily dismiss his go well with quickly.
