“Unexpected” star Bella Vaughn‘s mother Falen has damaged her silence after being arrested this week in Arkansas … and it feels like she’s able to combat the fees.
Kevin Hickey, Falen’s lawyer, tells TMZ … his shopper denies any wrongdoing … and she or he plans to plead not responsible when she is scheduled to seem in courtroom.
As we reported, FV was arrested on Monday for disorderly conduct and disrupting governmental operations. Each expenses are misdemeanors.
In response to a police report cited by US Weekly, officers mentioned Falen didn’t observe their instructions and have become aggressive after they responded to a dispute during which she was allegedly concerned.
Hickey tells us … Falen was on the scene to assist her daughter and grandson … and now she appears ahead to proving she’s harmless of the fees.
As followers know … Falen is the mom of Bella on “Unexpected” and sometimes seems on the truth present about teen being pregnant.
