Deal Flow has been off the past couple of days while I recovered from a nasty COVID-19 booster hangover and a crosstown move to a new apartment, the latter of which was honestly a much more traumatic experience. And while we were gone, the enormous mergers and acquisitions kept coming. As if 2021 could have ended any other way.
