The Best New Movies To Stream On Netflix, Amazon And Peacock This Week

If you’re like me, then you have multiple subscriptions to several different streaming platforms—which are all constantly adding new movies. Which begs the question each successive weekend: What do I watch?

For me, it helps to have all of those new movies in one place. So in this article, I’ll run through the biggest new films on Netflix, Amazon Prime and Peacock between today and Friday, Dec. 31.

At the end of the article, you can find a full list of all the new movies available to stream this week.

The Lost Daughter (Netflix)

A college professor confronts her unsettling past after meeting a woman and her young daughter while on vacation in Italy. Her obsession with the woman and her daughter prompts memories of her early motherhood.

Time Is Up (Amazon Prime)

An accident forces Vivien and Roy to come to a stop and try to reclaim their lives one minute at a time to start living in the present.

Seal Team (Netflix)

Fearless seal Quinn assembles a squad of misfit recruits to stand up to ruthless sharks with razor-sharp teeth and reclaim the open sea.

Lady of the Manor (Amazon Prime)

Past and present collide when slacker Hannah gets hired to portray Lady Wadsworth, a Southern belle from the 1800s, for tours at Wadsworth Manor. Hannah figures she can fake it well enough, until the ghost of Lady Wadsworth appears and tells her it’s time to change her wild ways—or she’ll haunt her forever.
