Terence Stamp — who famously performed Common Zod in “Superman” and “Superman II” and Bernadette in “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert” has died … his household confirms.
Stamp’s household mentioned the Oscar-nominated star handed away on Sunday morning. “He leaves behind an extraordinary body of work, both as an actor and as a writer that will continue to touch and inspire people for years to come,” they mentioned in a press release.
No reason for dying has been revealed but.
Stamp famously misplaced out on the position of James Bond however landed his most iconic half as villain, Common Zod in 1978’s “Superman” and its 1980 sequel.
