It’s not common for any album to claim the No. 1 spot on the South Korean chart for several weeks, but the biggest and bestselling titles are sometimes able to break the mold and hold onto their control of the list. This frame, NCT 127’s Sticker runs the show for a third consecutive turn, beating back five new sets that launch inside the top 10 on the Gaon Albums chart, which ranks the bestselling full-lengths, EPs and single albums in South Korea every week, looking at how many copies were shipped to stores.
The loftiest debut this frame comes from AB6ix, whose new release Mo’ Complete starts at No. 2. The boy band’s sophomore full-length marks their seventh trip to the top 10, and, frustratingly, it’s their third title to miss the throne by a single space. The group has yet to top the tally, though they do rank as one of the more popular acts in the country. Lead single “Cherry” opens at No. 2 on the Gaon Download list and No. 56 on the all-encompassing Gaon Digital ranking.
New at No. 3 is Bad Love, the latest EP from Shinee member Key, who has enjoyed success both with the vocal group that made him a star in South Korea and as a solo act. The short project marks his third visit to the top 10 without his bandmates, and he returns to his highest position yet with the effort. The title track and lead single earns the loftiest debut of the week on the Gaon Digital ranking, starting inside the top 40 at No. 34.
Next up comes a trio of holdovers, with Stray Kids’ Noeasy improving by one spot to No. 4, BamBam’s Ribbon bolting to No. 5 while Yang Yo-seob’s Chocolate Box slides three spaces to No. 6.

Just months after releasing their first-ever project, boy band Ciipher is back with their second collection, and they hit a new high with the project. Their sophomore set Blind brings the group to the top 10 for the first time as it arrives at No. 7.
Just as Ciipher breaks into the top 10 on the Gaon Albums chart for the first time, so too does E’Last, appearing right behind the aforementioned act. The South Korean boy band earns their debut appearance inside the logtiest region on the tally with their single album Dark Dream, their first drop of 2021 and third project overall. The very short effort launches at No. 8.
Back inside the top 10 on this week’s Gaon Albums chart is Tomorrow X Together’s The Chaos Chapter: Fight or Escape, which lifts two spots to settle at No. 9.
The final title inside the uppermost region on the new Gaon Albums ranking comes from Jin Hae Seong, whose Star kicks off its time on the tally at No. 10.
