A Southwest Airways flight to Las Vegas needed to dive to keep away from hitting one other aircraft midair … and now a pair flight attendants are nursing accidents.
Passengers on a Friday flight from Burbank to Las Vegas say their pilot needed to dive aggressively to keep away from a midair collision shortly after takeoff … sending passengers flying out of their seats, with some bumping their heads on the cabin ceiling.

Comic Jimmy Dore was on the flight and he says the pilot got here on the PA system and advised passengers his collision warning alert went off and he wanted to keep away from a aircraft coming at them.
Southwest Airways tells TMZ … the crew “responded to two onboard traffic alerts Friday afternoon while climbing out of Burbank … requiring them to climb and descend to comply with the alerts.”
The airline says they’re working with the FAA to determine what the hell occurred.
Southwest provides … “No injuries were immediately reported by Customers, but two Flight Attendants are being treated for injuries.”
We have seen some lethal aircraft crashes just lately around the globe … and it appears like these of us received fortunate on their technique to Vegas.
