Kim Kardashian‘s shapewear model is being sued by a person who claims her firm did not pay him his fair proportion whereas he labored there … and now he is making an attempt to spherical up different workers in a class-action lawsuit … however SKIMS says it is all BS.
A person named David Knight simply filed a lawsuit towards SKIMS … claiming he wasn’t paid his full wage when he labored for SKIMS from October 2025 to December 2025 in California.
Knight claims he and different staff weren’t paid time beyond regulation regardless of working over 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week … and he says they weren’t given legally required meal breaks or relaxation intervals.
What’s extra, Knight says SKIMS did not pay him not less than minimal wage for all hours labored … and he says SKIMS did not pay all wages owed upon discharge or resignation.
He says a bunch of others are in the identical boat, so he desires the court docket to certify a complete class of equally located individuals collectively for the lawsuit.
To be clear … Kim just isn’t a defendant within the swimsuit.
