As you realize … Spillman was arrested for indecent publicity over the weekend after regulation enforcement officers declare he masturbated in a hallway on the DoubleTree by Hilton Lodge Miami Airport & Conference Middle.
Lodge company informed investigators Spillman began following them from the lodge foyer earlier than allegedly rubbing one out within the hallway exterior their lodge room.
