Russia, Ukraine accuse one another of obstructing prisoner of warfare swaps By Reuters

MOSCOW (Reuters) -Kyiv known as on Moscow on Sunday to supply a listing of Ukrainian prisoners of warfare prepared for a swap after Russia accused Ukraine of sabotaging the change course of.

Russia’s Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova mentioned on Saturday that Ukraine has “politicised” the problem.

“We consider it necessary to return to a constructive dialogue and speed up the exchange of prisoners,” Moskalkova wrote on Telegram.
