Roseanne Barr
Some Nut Purchased My Hawaii Farm
Printed
Roseanne Barr simply unloaded her sprawling macadamia nut farm on Hawaii’s Large Island … and he or she offered it for greater than she was asking.
Our actual property sources inform us Roseanne offered her 46-acre farm for a cool $2.6 million. She listed it in August for $1.95 million.
Roseanne filmed her 2011 Lifetime sequence “Roseanne’s Nuts” on the large property, which sits alongside the Large Island’s Hamakua Coast. On the present, Roseanne and her associate, Johnny Argent, farmed macadamias.
Paul B. Stukin of Deep Blue HI held the itemizing and represented Roseanne. He tells TMZ … “This sale demonstrates how Hawai‘i continues to capture global demand for legacy properties. With buyers traveling from multiple states and countries, Roseanne’s Honoka‘a farm achieved $650,000 over asking, a testament to the market’s strength and the reach of our boutique approach.”
The farmhouse is 2,716 sq. toes with 4 bedrooms … together with a patio overlooking the Hawaiian shoreline and the farm’s orchard.
Roseanne’s farm can be decked out with a pool, waterslide, soaking tub, outside bamboo bathe, a greenhouse, an artwork studio and a pool home.
Along with macadamia nut timber, the farm is planted with avocados, finger limes, apple bananas and tangerines.
