Actual property sources inform TMZ … the “Wednesday” actress and Garfunkel & Oates star simply listed her first-ever solo dwelling buy for $2.795 million.
The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property spans 2,311 sq. ft and sits on almost 13,000 sq. ft of hillside land, providing sweeping panoramic views that stretch from downtown L.A. to the Hollywood Hills.
