Accuses Ex of Lacking Drug Checks

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is accusing his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, of lacking drug assessments amid their custody battle, TMZ has discovered.
In response to courtroom docs obtained by TMZ, Travis and Meghan, who cut up in 2016, are going backwards and forwards in courtroom as he tries to safe everlasting sole custody of their three minor children. The courtroom battle has been “extremely contentious.”
In early 2025, Travis accused Meghan of not permitting him to see one among their sons for over a month, and allowed the child to overlook a ton of faculty.
The courtroom awarded Travis sole custody in November 2025, with Meghan having monitored visits.
Within the new docs, Travis argued that Meghan had missed a number of court-ordered drug assessments and “failed to provide for the most basic care for the minor children.”
For her half, Meghan denied all of Travis’ claims in courtroom. She opposes Travis being awarded everlasting sole custody of their youngsters.
“Travis continues to misuse the court process to get his way,” she advised the courtroom. “His [court] filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children. Travis is using the family court system as a tool of coercive control and retaliation.”
