We broke the information that Brittany Lee Dejardo was searching for court-ordered safety towards Isabella Avila, AKA OnlyJayus … claiming her ex saved coming round her dwelling, was verbally abusive, and allegedly used her huge social media accounts to berate her.
Brittany beelined it to courtroom earlier this month and requested a choose for a short lived restraining order … however that was dismissed Thursday.
Docs obtained by TMZ present the petitioner, Isabella’s ex Brittany, failed to seem for the restraining order listening to … and the case is dismissed with out prejudice for lack of prosecution.
OnlyJayus instructed TMZ on the time the short-term restraining was issued that her ex’s request was full of falsehoods and issues being taken out of context.
The TikTok star instructed TMZ partially … “I take accusations of this nature very seriously and will be addressing this situation through the appropriate legal channels.
