Nicki Minaj may face felony fees for the incident alleged in her former supervisor’s current lawsuit … TMZ has realized.
Legislation enforcement sources inform TMZ … the Detroit Police have despatched a warrant request to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Workplace that’s being reviewed to find out whether or not felony fees shall be issued.
It should fall to the prosecutor to resolve if they will file fees.
This all pertains to the lawsuit Brandon Garrett — a person claiming he used to handle Minaj — filed Friday … claiming she bought bodily with him in Detroit again in April 2024.
In response to the lawsuit, Garrett claims he was summoned to her dressing room after a present … and, he says she flew right into a rage when she realized he as soon as despatched another person to choose up one in all her prescriptions.
Garrett claims Nicki repeatedly advised him his “life was over” earlier than placing him within the face with an open palm. He says Nicki then slapped his wrist, knocking paperwork from his hand.
