A New York congressman says he and his fellow delegates need solutions from the governor about Peanut the Squirrel’s tragic demise … calling the raid complete authorities overreach.
Republican Congressman Nick Langworthy — who represents NY’s twenty third district — tells us he and different members of New York’s congressional delegation plan to demand solutions from the governor’s workplace and the New York State Division of Environmental Dialog early subsequent week.
We’re instructed they plan to ask questions on why the raid was licensed and what precisely was the rationale the gov. sought a warrant for this house.
Langworthy says Governor Kathy Hochul must reply these questions ‘trigger the DEC director is her appointee — and, she hasn’t offered a transparent purpose why the raid occurred.
