Nate Diaz is off the hook in his nightclub battery case … based on his lawyer, the misdemeanor cost the fighter had been going through was dismissed this week.
The MMA star’s lawyer, Ross Goodman, tells TMZ Sports activities … after Diaz accomplished an impulse management class on-line, prosecutors dropped the battery depend in opposition to him forward of Thursday’s scheduled trial.

The case, after all, stemmed from a run-in Diaz had with a Las Vegas nightclub worker again in August 2024.
