Manny Fernandez, a star participant with the Miami Dolphins once they received two Tremendous Bowls, has died.

The NFL staff introduced his passing Tuesday morning … saying partially, “His consistent and selfless contributions on the field were instrumental to the Dolphins’ success.”
Along with his two Tremendous Bowl rings … the defensive lineman was a part of the legendary 1972 excellent staff — in addition to a member of the Ring of Honor.
Fernandez attended Chabot Junior School earlier than enrolling at Utah … after which signed with the Dolphins after he went undrafted.
In 2015, Yahoo! Sports activities ranked Fernandez because the Tenth-best participant of all time in Tremendous Bowl historical past.
Fernandez was 79.
