D.A. Did not Put together Us For Graphic Crime Scene Images
… Now, Erik & Lyle’s Aunt Is within the Hospital!!!

The Menendez household is blaming the Los Angeles District Lawyer’s Workplace for the hospitalization of Terry Baralt — Erik and Lyle‘s aunt … claiming the graphic crime scene images they had been proven did a quantity on her well being.
In a press launch from the Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition — a collective of members of the family preventing for the brothers’ launch — the group confirmed our story that Baralt had been discovered unresponsive in her resort room.
The coalition says the D.A.’s workplace did not give the household a heads up that they’d be presenting images of the crime scene at Friday’s resentencing listening to … a violation of Marsy’s Legislation, a regulation designed to guard the victims of crimes.
The moved confirmed “no humanity – just shock and pain inflicted on people who have already endured decades of grief. Terry, who is battling cancer, came to court to support her family. No physical pain has ever kept her from being there for her nephews. But the display put on by the DA’s office pushed her past the brink. By early this morning, she was rushed to the hospital and remains in critical condition.”
The Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition this most up-to-date transfer was deliberate, utterly ignoring Marsy’s Legislation … and likewise feeds right into a “a disturbing pattern we’ve come to expect, especially from D.A. Hochman, who has repeatedly spoken to us with aggression and disdain and we will be holding him accountable.”
The coalition completed off its assertion by including, “Our household is hurting. Terry could not recuperate from what was finished to her – and to all of us – in that courtroom. We deserve higher. We firmly imagine that if the DA’s workplace had proven even an announce of consideration for us, as victims, we might not be hoping for yet one more day with Terry proper now.”
Bryan Freedman — a well-known lawyer who serves as counsel for the sufferer’s members of the family — echoed the assertion, telling TMZ … “I used to be appalled that with out a lot as a warning to permit them the choice to keep away from additional misery, the D.A. callously determined to re-traumatize the household by needlessly displaying insensitive images on display screen of their courtroom presentation.

Shame on those who knowingly engaged in this egregious conduct.”

As we informed you … the resentencing listening to is ready to happen subsequent week — with the brothers’ lawyer Mark Geragos — who cohosts our “2 Angry Men” podcast — calling on a decide to alter Erik and Lyle’s first-degree homicide sentence to a manslaughter sentence, for which they’ve served sufficient years for instant launch.
Gergaos blasted the D.A’s use of the graphic crime scene images Friday too BTW … calling the selection a “dog-and-pony show” — and including they’re “being traumatized by the D.A. for political purposes.”
