The Mavericks fan who bought tossed from a sport this week for a heated alternate with Mark Cuban tells TMZ Sports activities he looks like his rights have been violated … and he is now contemplating taking authorized motion.
The conflict with Cubes went down on Monday night time at American Airways Middle in Dallas … after Chris Taylor determined to attempt to begin an anti-Nico Harrison chant through the Mavs vs. Kings tilt.

As Taylor — who was upset over the way in which the Dallas GM traded away Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this month — started riling up a crowd round him … Cuban bought up from his courtside seat and advised him to cease.
Taylor mentioned they proceeded to alternate phrases … and finally, stadium safety stepped in and escorted Chris out of the venue.

The Mavs said they eliminated Taylor for being “disruptive and uncooperative,” which violated the NBA Fan Code of Conduct. Taylor, although, was adamant it was Cuban who was within the unsuitable.
Taylor advised us he felt bullied, focused and threatened by safety through the altercation … and he mentioned submitting a lawsuit is at present an choice.
“The first thing that the security said is, ‘Do you want to walk out, or get dragged out?'” Taylor advised us.

“I’m going to think about it some more, but [legal action] is not off the table. It is definitely not off the table for legal action at this point.”
Taylor then accused the Mavs of “using a heavy hand to try to squash the fans right now.”
“Cuban’s basically just lying and talkin’ s*** on fans again,” he mentioned. “It’s crazy.”
Nonetheless, the season ticket holder advised us he does have plans to return to Dallas video games later this month.
