TMZ has discovered … Mike was arrested and thrown in jail Friday after a bench warrant was issued when he was a no-show at courtroom.
We’re instructed the listening to was with reference to Mike lately violating the phrases of a restraining order his former ‘BB’ costar Will Kirby has in opposition to him … with Boogie disobeying the order by immediately contacting Will’s spouse.
As we have reported … Malin was discovered responsible of felony stalking his former ‘BB’ buddy manner again in 2021, after pleading no contest. Boogie was sentenced to 2 years of probation.
