Maniac Goes on Slashing Spree With Knife and Smoke Bombs in Taiwan, On Video

A crazed man went on a public rampage in Taipei, Taiwan Friday, leaving at the least 3 individuals lifeless and a number of individuals injured Friday … and video reveals the terrifying road scene.
