A younger man taking a late-night stroll down a crowded avenue in Vancouver, Canada, received knocked on his butt by an assailant who sucker punched him and ran off, based on stunning new surveillance footage.
The safety video, launched by the Vancouver PD, reveals the unprovoked assault on the 28-year-old sufferer in its entirety — and it is nothing lower than jaw-dropping.
