Luke Littler has revealed his life might have taken a distinct path had he not had corrective eye surgical procedure when he was a toddler.
Littler was despatched in to Warrington hospital as a teen to restore strabismus, a situation generally referred to as cross eye, the place the eyes don’t align.
It was an operation his mother and father needed and it has paid dividends as {the teenager} now has treble-20 imaginative and prescient and is the most effective darts participant on this planet.
Requested if issues might have been completely different, he mentioned: “Well, who knows? It’s one of those things, obviously, it had to be sorted. My mum and dad wanted that sorted.

“I believe that is the final time I used to be in there. So, like after I was 4 or 5, obtained it sorted.
“Obviously, eyesight is really important. I don’t have many memories of that happening. There are pictures that my family put on. I was very tired at the time, obviously resting. But yeah, now we’re all good.”
Littler resumes his tilt at retaining the historic World Championship title he received in January when the match resumes at Alexandra Palace on Saturday.
