The College of Pittsburgh pupil who disappeared whereas strolling on the seaside within the Dominican Republic is believed to have died after she apparently drowned within the ocean, in keeping with a report.
ABC Information, citing a police doc, says the tragedy unfolded on March 5 … Sudiksha Konanki, 20, and 5 mates have been taking a stroll alongside the seaside in Punta Cana, a resort city on the Caribbean shoreline.
4 members of the group returned to their resort within the night, leaving Konanki and considered one of her mates on the seaside. The pair then took a dip within the ocean, throughout which Konanki bought swept up by an enormous wave and apparently drowned.
The Dominican Republic Public Ministry instructed ABC Information that surveillance cameras recorded Konanki on the seaside round 4:15 a.m. on March 6 — and it was the final time she was seen alive.
Police questioned Konanki’s mates after she vanished and finally launched them with no prices filed.
Konanki’s dad, Subbarayudu, was interviewed by CNN, and he instructed the community his daughter was vacationing together with her mates in Punta Cana.
Subbarayudu additionally instructed CNN Konanki was enrolled in pre-med programs at College of Pittsburgh, including that she was formidable and needed to pursue a profession as a physician.
