Jill Biden‘s ex-husband has been charged with first-degree homicide within the loss of life of his spouse … TMZ has discovered.
William Stevenson was indicted Monday in Wilmington, Delaware.

We broke the story … native police responded to a report of a home dispute on the couple’s Delaware home on the evening of December 28 … William’s spouse Linda Stevenson was discovered unresponsive in the lounge at about 11:15 PM.
Linda Stevenson, 64, was pronounced lifeless on the scene after New Fort County Law enforcement officials unsuccessfully administered support on the scene. William reportedly cooperated with police on the time.
William Stevenson, 77, was arrested Monday and held in jail on a $500,000 bond.
William was the one who referred to as 911.
