Commerce secretary Howard Lutnick stated the US’s reversal of restrictions on gross sales of chips to China adopted latest commerce negotiations with Beijing over uncommon earths.

President Donald Trump curbed exports of Nvidia’s H2O synthetic intelligence chips to China in April as a part of an escalation of his commerce warfare with Beijing.
