TEL AVIV — In a ceremony surrounded by masked Palestinian militants and rubble from the Gaza struggle, Hamas launched three Israeli hostages holding U.S., Russian and Argentinian citizenships on Saturday.

The way forward for the ceasefire deal is unsure
