Forbes’ 10th Annual Healthcare Summit Will Convene Leaders To Discuss Breakthrough Solutions For The Next Decade

NEW YORK – November 4, 2021 – With a focus on “Breakthrough Solutions for the Next Decade,” the 10th Annual Forbes Healthcare Summit taking place virtually on Thursday, December 2, will convene influential leaders from traditional healthcare companies, as well as the minds behind the innovations that are improving medical care treatment and delivery from outside the industry.

  • Forbes Healthcare Summit’s Top 10 Leaders of the Decade – at this year’s 10th anniversary Summit, Forbes is proud to recognize 10 leaders who have greatly influenced progress in healthcare, medicine and science. Through their inspirational stories they will share what they are most excited about in healthcare for the decade ahead that will change the sector for the better.
  • Power Pairings: A signature feature of this year’s Summit highlights the partnerships driving more sustainable healthcare delivery to produce a healthier world for all. Our power pairings include forward-looking alliances: Anthem & IBM; Northwell Health & TIAA; Uber & Centene Corporation; CRISPR Therapeutics & Vertex; Humana & Papa and more.
  • Summit Solutions: Once a year for the past decade, Forbes has given voice to innovators’ ideas. With a primary focus on putting the patient at the center of care, sector leaders will discuss topics such as: how to reduce barriers to healthcare by addressing social determinants; new funding approaches for startups and innovative healthcare payment models; building the next generation of biopharma; transforming care through AI; entrepreneurial solutions for loneliness and building resiliency; and brain health including how to eradicate any stigma around mental health challenges.

This year’s agenda provides a roadmap across four areas and aims to set out a vision for 2030. The four areas include:

  • Value Creation & Next Generation Healthcare Models
  • Increasing Access, Affordability and Improving Outcomes
  • Whole Person Care: Healing the Brain and Body
  • Investing in Technology, Talent, Innovation & Breakthrough Medicine
