Elizabeth Sensible‘s kidnapper, Wanda Barzee, was again behind bars for a short second … as a result of she was arrested in Utah for allegedly violating the situations of her supervised launch.
Police in Salt Lake Metropolis inform TMZ … Wanda was arrested Thursday after detectives found she allegedly visited at the very least two public parks on the town.
The problem … Barzee is a registered intercourse offender in Utah and going to a public park is an enormous no-no for her.
