Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, seems in a brand new TMZ Studios documentary — “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” — which has simply dropped on Tubi … and he says the feds are concentrating on Diddy due to the colour of his pores and skin.
Agnifilo says the feds are simply trying to take down Diddy as a result of he is a profitable Black man … and after they could not nail him for something associated to taxes or his enterprise empire, they began poking round in his bed room.
