The accusations in opposition to Diddy hold stacking up — he is now dealing with one other sexual assault lawsuit by a Jane Doe who says she was underage when the alleged assault occurred.
In authorized docs obtained by TMZ — an unnamed lady has come ahead and is suing Diddy and two John Does who she claims have been with him.
The girl claims in 2000, when she was 16, she bumped into Diddy and two males, who apparently labored for him, in an SUV after leaving a babysitting job in Manhattan. She says they supplied her a journey dwelling, and after a lot strain from Diddy, she finally agreed.
Within the authorized papers, she claims she acquired scared once they didn’t drop her off at dwelling … and Diddy allegedly gave her a drink to calm her down, which she says left her groggy.
She says they then took her to a different location, the place Diddy allegedly raped her. She claims she was later left within the foyer of the constructing the place she lived.
She’s suing for unspecified damages, claiming she’s suffered ongoing monetary damages, bodily harm, ache, and critical emotional misery.
Diddy is at the moment locked up at MDC Brooklyn on prices like racketeering conspiracy, intercourse trafficking by drive, fraud, or coercion, and transporting folks for prostitution. He’s denied all prices, together with his trial scheduled for Could.
