Comic Man Branum says he’ll drag the person he claims hit him on a Delta flight to courtroom … ‘trigger he is able to press costs and sue.
We obtained Man out in Los Angeles and our photog requested him about his latest Delta flight, the place Man claimed a person sitting subsequent to him elbowed him within the ribs for being too fats.
Man confirmed us a bruise from the alleged elbow swing and says he’ll file a police report and a lawsuit … telling the person, “You can’t hit somebody because you think they’re fat.”
He says Delta did not boot the person from the flight due to his high tier frequent flier standing … and he says the airline lastly referred to as him to speak about what occurred. Delta advised us earlier this week they’d be contacting him in regard to his claims.

Keep in mind … Man claims Delta mainly did nothing, although different folks seated close to them advised crew they noticed the person elbow Man.
Man is not simply on a campaign in opposition to Delta and his flying foe … he says airways in America have to do extra for outsized passengers.
The comedian travels lots for work and has some Delta standing himself … and we requested him if he would nonetheless fly the airline in spite of everything that is transpired — and it appears like he could also be trying elsewhere.
