(Reuters) -The Facilities for Illness Management and Prevention (CDC) mentioned on Friday that the state of Colorado has reported three presumptive instances of H5 hen flu virus an infection in poultry employees.
“There are no signs of unexpected increases in flu activity otherwise in Colorado, or in other states affected by H5 bird flu outbreaks in cows and poultry,” CDC mentioned in an announcement.
All three people skilled delicate signs, it mentioned. The infections occurred in employees who have been culling contaminated animals at a poultry facility that was experiencing an outbreak of H5N1 hen flu, the assertion added.
The CDC is sending a group to Colorado to help an investigation, it mentioned.
