It seems CBS is taking one other take a look at David Del Rio and his sexual assault allegation leveled in opposition to him by his “Matlock” co-star … as a result of TMZ has realized the studio has reopened its investigation.
TMZ broke the information … Del Rio was booted from the hit present after the actor had been accused of sexually assaulting actress Leah Lewis on Paramount property again in October.
